Meet Bev Park

As Director of Bev Park Property Management, Bev has spent more than 13 years working across all areas of real estate. Identifying property management was where her skills were best aligned, she has focused on all of the components related to property management. Including management, leasing, trust accounting, business development, and compliance. She’s a skilled negotiator and a highly respected professional, known for delivering thoughtful results while keeping her clients’ best interests at the centre of every conversation.

What clients value most about working with Bev is her integrity. She’s approachable, responsive, and genuinely invested in the people she works with. Bev believes real estate is less about transactions and all about relationships, and she’s proud that many of her clients become long term connections, returning time and again‑ and referring friends and family with confidence.

With deep roots in the local community, Bev raised her family in Barwon Heads and has volunteered and been involved on committees for schools, sporting groups, and community initiatives. With ongoing ties to Bellarine Peninsula, Geelong and the Surf Coast, she brings a true local’s understanding of the market, the lifestyle, and the people who make the region what it is.

When she’s not working, Bev enjoys watching football, heading along to live music, travelling and spending time with her husband Jon, family and friends. That strong sense of connection and community is the same mindset she brings to her work every day.
